OUR PRESENCE

Hand in Hand SA was founded in 2008 with a key-strategic focus on poverty alleviation through job creation. The journey to poverty eradication started with a NORAD funded project that was successfully implemented in the North West province of South Africa. The services we offer have evolved over time in line with changes in the socio-economic and socio-political spheres. 

OUR FOOTPRINTS

Hand in Hand Southern Africa is headquartered in Johannesburg, with regional offices in Durban and Limpopo, South Africa. The Organisation has footprints in most parts of the SADC region such as Lesotho, Swaziland, Namibia, and Zimbabwe. We plan to expand into communities of Botswana, Mozambique, and Namibia with the core strategic mandate of alleviating poverty and transforming communities.
