Theo joined Absa Group Limited in May 2017 as the Chief of Staff for Marketing and Corporate Relations (MCR). In November 2017 she took on the additional responsibility of caretaking as the Head of Brand and Corporate Relations for the Wealth Investment Management and Insurance (WIMI) business. When she exited Absa, she was appointed as a Director of the Absa Africa Foundation.

Theo started her career within the Unilever Group in South Africa as part of the Management Trainee Programme. She continued her career in marketing working for a multitude of organizations across different industries as follows: South African Breweries (alcoholic beverages), Kimberly Clark SA (FMCG), Novo Nordisk SA (pharmaceutical), Vodacom (telecoms) and Tiger Brands (FMCG).Faith's values are integrity; trustworthiness; humility; respect; and sharing.
Theo's academic qualifications include a BA (Law and Psychology) degree from the University of the Witwatersrand and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Business Administration) from the Wits Business School. She has also completed an Executive Development Programme (EDP) through the University of Stellenbosch and a Commercial Acumen Course through GIBS.
